Due to the critical role FirstMile, a Rakuten Company, plays in the eCommerce Supply Chain, making deliveries to those who are sheltering in place, FirstMile is considered an essential business and may continue to operate under the state of emergency and shelter in place orders recently issued across the U.S.

We at FirstMile have been and will continue to operate to and from impacted areas as local conditions and restrictions allow.

All our sorting facilities drivers and carrier partners are running, business as usual. The safety, health and welfare of our nationwide team is our number one priority as they continue to pick up and deliver parcels from business’s to residents and communities worldwide.
