Kilpatrick Stockton Taps First Mile Communications for Firm’s Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Strategy

Agreement Provides Reliable, High-Capacity Broadband Wireless Services

ATLANTA, May 21, 2007 – First Mile Communications, a provider of high-capacity broadband wireless solutions, today announced it has entered into a services agreement to provide communications services to Kilpatrick Stockton LLP, an international law firm with more than 500 attorneys in nine offices around the globe.

The agreement with First Mile brings higher-capacity, scalable, turnkey connectivity to Kilpatrick Stockton’s Atlanta office. Using state-of-the-art broadband wireless equipment, First Mile will provide the firm reliable, flexible, high-capacity wireless links as well as complete route diversity from land-based telecommunications providers.
